Notice Regarding Distributing Cash Dividend of NICL Directly To The Bank Account Of Its Shareholders
In accordance with the 71th AGM dated 2077/03/05 of Nepal Insurance Company Ltd, 2.89% cash Dividend have been credited directly in the bank account of its shareholder who have updated their bank account number till 2076/12/03. Those who have not dematerialized shares are requested to dematerialize the shares to their respective Demat Account.
Note: Shareholders listed in the negative dividend list (liable to pay amount to the bank) have to deposit the respective negative cash dividend amount for the transfer of bonus shares to their respective Demat Account.
