As per regulation no. 12(4) of Securities Issue and Allotment Guideline, 2074, Directors and Basic Shareholders (Shareholders holding 1% or more than 1% share of total paid-up capital) are required to deposit right share amount for their rights. Therefore, Directors and Basic Shareholders of Goodwill Finance Co. Ltd are requested to deposit amount for 60% rights in Goodwill Finance Co. Ltd under account name of ‘Goodwill Finance – Right Share’ and account number ‘575’.
